1. Shipping Methods & Tracking

• Orders under $40 (USD) are shipped via standard stamped envelope (no tracking number).
  This method is cost-effective but does not include tracking, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• Orders over $40 (USD) are shipped via standard tracked shipping, which includes a tracking number and confirmation upon delivery.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

For personalized items, additional time may be required depending on order volume.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.
We do our best to ensure safe packaging, but any issues after dispatch must be addressed with the shipping provider.
